Arrival Instructions:

Denver International Airport (DEN)

Please call dispatch at (970)477-1132 to let us know that you have arrived and coordinate with your vehicle. Please see reservation confirmation for detailed pick-up instructions.

Eagle-Vail Airport (EGE)

Your driver will meet you inside the terminal at  the “Ground Transportation Meet & Greet area”. He will be holding a sign with your name on it.   

Vail Valley Private Jet Center (FBO)

Your driver will meet you at your private jet, planeside or FBO lobby.  

Missed/Delayed Flights:

It is our policy to track and monitor your flight in real time before the vehicle will be sent to the airport. For missed flights or to communicate substantial delays, please call (970)477-1132 immediately to reschedule accordingly.

Pick-up Wait Time:

Denver International Airport (DEN) 

We expect to hear from you within 1 hour of flight gate arrival. Of course, we will attempt contact with you, if possible. After 1 hour, we may release the vehicle if contact has not been made. A 100% cancellation charge will apply.

Vail-Eagle Airport (EGE) 

We expect contact with you within 30 minutes of flight gate arrival. Of course, we will attempt contact with you, if possible. After 30 minutes, we may release the vehicle if contact has not been made. A 100% cancellation charge will apply.

Hotels and Private Residence pickups 

We offer 15 minutes of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time. Of course, we will attempt contact with you, if possible.After 15 minutes we may release the vehicle if contact has not been made. A 100% cancellation charge will apply.

*All wait time will be applied to stoppage/wait time listed below

Extra Stops/Wait Time:

We offer up to 15 minutes (time off route) of stoppage/wait time on a complimentary basis, on trips from/to Vail Valley/Eagle Airport (EGE)

After 15 minutes, an hourly charge will be applied.

We offer up to 30 minutes of (time off route) stoppage/wait time on a complimentary basis, on trips from/to Vail Valley/Denver Airport.

After 30 minutes, an hourly charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

All reservations cancelled for any reason (including cancelled flights) less than 24 hours in advance from scheduled pickup time will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.  

If your trip is rescheduled with good communication, prior to movement of your vehicle for this trip, cancellation charge may not be applied.

Suggested Pick-up Time:

Our goal is to have you arrive at the Airport at least 90 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure time (2hrs + on international trips). We will schedule your departure pick-up times with this in mind, depending on weather and traffic patterns.

All Rates:

  • Our rates do not include gratuity.
  • Transfers scheduled to begin after 11:00pm and before 4:30am will include $60 “Late Night” surcharge for SUV and $100 for Sprinter Van.
  • Private Jet arrivals and departures will include an administrative/tarmak access fee (dependent upon FBO).
  • Those traveling with dogs will incur a $40 per dog fee.
  • Damage to vehicles beyond what is reasonable (as determined by driver) may be changed accordingly

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

During these unprecedented times, our Number 1 Priority at Avanti Limo is to ensure the health and safety of our clients and our staff. Your safety and comfort is our primary focus! 

  • Due to the Coronavirus our drivers wear masks for the duration of the trip and we clean and disinfect all vehicles’ interior surfaces after each ride. 
  • We have taken additional CDC approved precautions to ensure we are doing our part to slow the spread of the coronavirus. 
  • We have instituted enhanced cleaning procedures and protocols for all our vehicles. 
  • Our professional chauffeurs are instructed to disinfect and sanitize commonly used surfaces including the seats, door handles, armrests, headrests, seat belts and all passenger touch points after every trip. 
  • Chauffeurs are instructed to increase ventilation by opening windows to promote airflow. 
  • We regularly replace air filters and keep the fans set to ON and the re-circulation set to OFF to maintain fresh air inside the vehicles.
  • Drivers wear face masks for the duration of the trip and wear gloves when handling your luggage
